Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting with fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Finance Has a minimum of 2-3 years experiences of working as Account Payable, Accounting, etc Experienced to work in internal corporate Strong in Ms. Excel Detailed oriented with strong analytical and a good problem-solver in the financial area Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Possess a strong interpersonal skill to be able to work with multiple and different stakeholders Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibilities : Verify, validate, and input all related to supplier and vendor payments invoice Ensure all expenses are recorded to comply with company policies and accounting standard Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors by addressing any inquiries or discrepancies Assist in month-end closing procedures, including but not limited to preparing account payable workbook, managing vendor list, performing reconciliation, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies Archive all documents related to purchases made by the company Assist and support other data needed by superiors and other stakeholders
