We are seeking a data-driven Head of Acquisition to build and scale a high-performance growth engine within a fast-growing gaming business.

This role carries full ownership of acquisition strategy, with a strong emphasis on organic growth channels. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling user acquisition — ideally having driven predominantly organic growth.

Key Responsibilities Own and drive total acquisition strategy Build and scale organic growth engines from early stage Lead performance across PPC, SEO, and Affiliates Test and implement latest acquisition trends and channels Optimise CAC, LTV and performance metrics through data-led decision-making Deliver scalable, sustainable growth

Ideal Profile Gaming industry background essential Proven experience scaling organic acquisition Strong grounding in PPC, SEO, and affiliate models Highly data-oriented with performance-first mindset Experience building acquisition from early-stage or scaling environments Start-up mentality — visible, hands-on, accountable Big-brand exposure advantageous (particularly if part of early growth team)

Location Remote role, operating on CET hours.
