Key Responsibilities

Manage and support data center infrastructure to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure operations. Handle and maintain networking systems, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Coordinate effectively in both Mandarin and English/Indonesian with regional stakeholders across Asia. Provide technical expertise and timely solutions to support business continuity and IT operations.

Requirements

Proficiency in Mandarin (oral & written) is mandatory. Strong background in Information Technology, with proven experience in networking and data center management. Familiarity with hardware, servers, and troubleshooting within a data center environment. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
