Finance Accounting Tax Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise activities in the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the company’s internal reporting standards, PSAK, and OJK regulations.

Manage the company’s cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.

Ensure all tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 29, and others) are fulfilled on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Perform regular bank, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities (OJK and the Tax Office) when necessary.

Provide strategic financial analysis to management to support business decision-making.

Oversee compliance with financial SOPs and the company’s internal policies.

Develop and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) team to work effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

Business English level.

5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager or in an equivalent role, preferably in the financial services industry (banking or financing, preferably from multi-finance).

Strong knowledge of PSAK, Income Tax, VAT, the latest tax regulations, and OJK regulations.

Experienced in handling financial statement audits, OJK reporting, and annual tax reporting.

Proficient in accounting software (Jurnal Mekari or similar).

Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
