ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities

Able to work in a team (including different departments)

Timely monthly financial report (GL, Trial Balance, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Sales & Purchase)

Review cash & bank reconciliation to supervise the process of account receivable collection & account payable payment

Check that financial transaction is in accordance with and compliant to tax regulations

Analysis of expense, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting

Well-versed in accounting software's, e.g., SAP, Navision

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Economics or related field

2 Years experience in Accounting

Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus

Willing to work mobile in Jakarta areas and willing to travel to other cities

Good interpersonal skill, proactive, and strong in leadership

Has good analytical and critical thinking skills

High attention to details

Good problem‑solving skills
