The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing the legal and compliance functions of the company. They ensure the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework set by the relevant authorities (OJK & AFPI).

Job Descriptions:

Develop, implement, and maintain legal programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Ensure the company's products and services comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Advise senior management on legal issues.

Identify and mitigate legal risks.

Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that could affect the company.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Master degree in law or a related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in a legal manager role.

Corporate law firm background is a plus.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those governing fintech companies.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
