Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Curriculum Manager, based in Bali, Indonesia. The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Stara Chrysalis Curriculum across various programs. Daily tasks include supervising curriculum delivery, conducting teacher training, creating assessment strategies, analyzing educational outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s transformative educational vision. The role involves collaboration with educators, monitoring program effectiveness, and fostering innovation in educational practices.

Qualifications

Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills, with knowledge of innovative and holistic education approaches Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to oversee teaching staff and promote professional growth Assessment Design and Data Analysis expertise for monitoring both academic and character development outcomes Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration skills in diverse educational settings Proficiency in English, with knowledge of CEFR-aligned language instruction being an advantage Passion for fostering a transformative and character-driven learning environment Experience in educational management or leadership roles, preferably in multicultural and international settings Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field
