Head of Finance

About the role We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our team at PT. Taruna Jaya Bangunan, a leading construction company based in West Jakarta. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring efficient financial management and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you’ll be doing

Managing the company's overall financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Ensuring accurate and timely financial records, accounts, and statements

Overseeing the company's cash flow, investments, and risk management

Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision‑making

Liaising with external auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders

Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls

Leading and managing the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship

What we’re looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the construction industry

Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations

Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing finance teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
