LEGAL PERMIT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Permit: research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations, handle permit or license registration, renewal and administrative needs.

Providing legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work.

Litigation: responsible for any litigation activities such as lawsuits from other parties.

Handle legal due diligence (LDD), monitoring of updated legal issues and regulation, provide advice for corporate legal issues.

Assisting with the preparation and organization of legal files and documentation.

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed.

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Participating in the development and implementation of legal processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role, preferably within the property industry or leading law firms handling corporate clients.

Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of property‑related laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiar with building permit processing procedures in the OSS and regulations related to PBG (Building Construction Approval).
