Legal Manager, Indonesia

1.Indonesian national, fluent in Indonesian and English as working languages. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; holding Indonesian lawyer license or internationally recognized legal professional certificate (such as LL.M.). 2.At least 10 years of legal working experience in large well-known enterprises, including at least 5 years as legal director or equivalent management position. 3.Prior working experience in legal department of Chinese enterprises in Indonesia (retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, etc.) or multinational enterprises is preferred. 4.Familiar with Indonesian legal system; experience in cross-regional legal management is preferred. 5.Proficient in Indonesian Company Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, pharmaceutical regulations and international trade rules. 6.Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution skills. 7.Strategic thinking and business sensitivity, able to balance legal risks and business needs.
