What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role: Monitor company asset inventory periodically to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date records. Manage the asset lifecycle, starting from procurement, utilization, maintenance, to asset disposal. Identify new asset procurement needs to support business operations. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal asset performance. Monitor physical condition and performance of assets to minimize the risk of damage or system failure. Develop utilization plans in accordance with company policies and organizational needs. Oversee the decommissioning process and disposal of assets that are no longer in use. Identify risks related to asset management and develop mitigation plans. Provide periodic financial and administrative data and reports related to company assets. Develop analysis and recommendations regarding asset performance, condition, and allocation to support strategic needs and efficiency. Ensure asset disposal processes are conducted according to procedures, including evaluation of residual value or potential recovery. Manage reutilization of assets that still have useful value to improve cost efficiency.

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or related fields. Experience in asset management and Asset Management Systems (AMS). Ability to operate asset management software and devices. Ability to perform data analysis and inventory management. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in making strategic decisions. High level of integrity in managing company assets.
