Technical Project Manager (Perp DEX)

Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.

Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
