Manager Social Development Program

Purpose of the Role Plan, Organize, Actuating & Controlling to ensure the proper execution of Program Kawasan Pedesaan Mandiri (PKPM) & SDG’s of Village, strategic partnership and strategic contribution in managing the framework of Integrated Program for Community Development (PPM) in 38 empowerment villages in Luwu Timur Regency as well as community social responsibility (CSR) in South Sulawesi Province, that establishes Penta helix collaboration of government, community and company. Mutual and equal support to promote the sustainable participation is mainstreamed in this approach. Thus, the sustainability of the program with the strategic resource mobilization of the government and the community can be realized.

Accountabilities : Manage and plan of Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets. Manage and take the initiative to improve the work, the overall business, and promote the goals of the organization and work effectively and collaterally with immediate colleagues and others in cross-functional relationships, on tasks within the context of corporate policy, values, and culture. Manage and actively provide suggestions for implementation and strategy improvement of PPM and. support budget development and expenditure monitoring to ensure program are executed within budget availability. Manage Provide regular information and attractive ideas/activities that can be exposed by Communication and Publication colleagues. Manage regular reports and KPI on schedule, with quality of reports that constantly improved to be acknowledged as comprehensive report for PTVI and Vale global. Manage and engage in the design, preparation, implementation, and monitoring stages of the PTVI’s Strategic Social Program through Independent Rural Area and Empowerment Program piloted in 4 sub district of the company’s operational areas in Luwu Timur regency and corporate social responsibility in South Sulawesi Province to facilitate the introduction of economy livelihood, health, education, infrastructure, environmental and PPM options, and productive economy development for income generating to sustainability. Manage and assist a partnership that promotes the spirit of transparency and accountability, with the reputable institution that has mandate and relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility programs including livelihood sector, and most importantly, has the same vision has the same vision in empowering people through a sustainable livelihood program. Manage and assist the review process of the partners’ narrative and financial reports done by Program Assistant and ensure the program execution meets the budget planning. Flexibility in budget and strategy adjustment should refer to company regulations and procedures also manage and assist technical support to the third-party partner in achieving good quality of products/services.

Requirements : Minimum Bachelor's degree and preferably Social Sciences, Communication, Public Relations, Law. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in related fields. Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Leader position. Preferably have experience in the field of Community Development Programs and CSR. Have strong knowledge and skills in aspects of Social Development Programs (such as Health, Economy, Social and Culture, Environment, and Infrastructure), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Project Management, Government Strategic Plans in the Economic sector, Sustainable Livelihood Impact Assessment (SLIA), Social Return on Investment (SROI), and reporting. Mastering stakeholder mapping analysis and preparation of technical reports related to community programs.
