Technical Services Manager

Requirements Graduated from Machine Engineering, Nautical Engineerimh or having ATT

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction, serving in Maintenance or Technical Service roles within a construction company.

Proven experience in supervising or managing a team to achieve performance targets and operational goals.

Strong ability to analyze technical data, make informed decisions based on that data, and identify solutions to technical issues that may arise during marine construction activities.

Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java and high frequency business trip

Responsibilities Develop Technical Service strategies to ensure that the team’s performance meets company quality standards and aligns with business needs.

Monitor and evaluate maintenance costs to ensure they are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Monitor and assess the usage of spare parts and material supplies to ensure support operations run efficiently and effectively.

Improve work quality and achieve performance targets through regular inspections of each maintenance or technical service unit.

Implement controls over the use of resources within the maintenance department to ensure optimal system performance.

Ensure the Fuel Management System is executed effectively and efficiently so that consumption calculations do not negatively impact the company and daily operations continue smoothly.

Ensure that maintenance processes for production machinery are carried out in accordance with established company SOPs (updated SOPs will follow).

Take responsibility for the equipment readiness of each maintenance unit under your supervision.
