Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Factory Manager based in Makassar, Sulawesi, Indonesia. The Factory Manager will oversee production operations, ensuring an efficient and effective manufacturing process. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, managing manufacturing operations, monitoring compliance with safety standards, and leading teams to meet production targets. The role also involves continuous process improvement, implementing best practices, and maintaining high standards in product quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience in Production Planning and coordinating day‑to‑day production schedules

Strong background in Quality Control, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards

Proficiency in Production Management, overseeing a production team and maintaining workflow efficiency

Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to ensure cost‑effectiveness and productivity

Leadership skills, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent organizational capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field

Experience in the pharmaceutical or herbal industry is a significant advantage

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
