Responsibilities

Build close relationship with client and customer relation responsibility

Handling complaints and follow-up to respective departments for settlement

Managing property stock condition, repair, maintenance, preparing for make ready, liaise with other department also vendors

Looking for new tenants via direct approach and/or via property agents

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property leasing, hospitality, residence, or premium customer service environment

Demonstrate service excellence mindset, strong attention to detail, and high professionalism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with polished service manner

Able to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
