Job Description:
Client Strategy & Planning
Manage and develop strategic relationships with local subsidiaries of global customers in alignment with Maersk’s global account strategy and commercial priorities.
Develop and localize
value propositions
to be included in global tenders, ensuring local market relevance and competitiveness.
Create and execute
local account business plans
to increase overall supply chain
Share of Wallet , positioning Maersk’s Logistics & Services solutions alongside ocean freight offerings.
Define local go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with local product organizations to drive
revenue growth
and support local product P&L performance.
Develop comprehensive
account business plans
covering ocean freight as well as integrated Logistics & Services products (e.g., inland, depot, warehousing, value-added services).
Customer Satisfaction & Experience
Support and enhance overall
customer experience
in line with Maersk’s global value proposition and service standards.
Orchestrate and connect global Maersk teams across functions, products, and regions to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
Client Profitability & Commercial Performance
Ensure successful
customer onboarding , contract implementation, and ongoing contract compliance to protect and improve account profitability.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and margin contribution in line with annual budget targets and commercial objectives.
Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Position Maersk effectively with local influencers to support global tender success and strengthen relationships with key local decision-makers.
Secure access to the right stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers across the customer organization to support long-term strategic partnerships and account growth.
Requirements:
Minimum
5–8 years of experience
in
B2B sales within logistics, shipping, or supply chain solutions
(freight forwarding, ocean freight, inland, depot, or integrated logistics).
Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), with working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Based in Semarang / Central Java or willing to relocate.
Strong understanding of
logistics products and depot/warehousing operations , with ability to position solutions based on customer pain points.
Proven experience in
key account management, stakeholder management, and strategic selling
to mid-to-large corporate customers.
Strong
negotiation and commercial skills , including tender management and contract discussions.
Good
business and financial acumen , with ability to build value propositions and account business plans.
Comfortable working in a
matrix organization
and collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
Excellent
presentation and communication skills .
Budget: Rp. 30,000,000 - Rp. 50,000,000 (Nett) (negotiable)
