Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through the implementation of quality control and assurance processes. The role involves monitoring production operations, conducting quality inspections, analyzing data to identify trends or defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Additionally, the Quality Engineer will contribute to maintaining and improving quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Qualifications Expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Control Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Product Quality practices Experience in Quality Management systems and methodologies Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to identify quality trends Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
