About the role PT Putra Mutiara Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Sales professional to join our team in Bandung, West Java. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing and sales efforts, helping to promote our products and services to potential customers in the local market.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

Identify and target potential customers within the local market, building relationships and securing new sales.

Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform the development of marketing strategies and sales plans.

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales activities, making recommendations for improvement.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and identify new business prospects.

What we're looking for

Significant experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within the marketing & communications industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Creativity and innovation in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

A proactive, results‑driven mindset and the determination to succeed.

Have an A‑class driving licence.

Understand and be able to speak English.
