Requirements 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect on enterprise-level implementations Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices Experience designing scalable, secure, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification Experience leading technical streams and guiding development teams English working proficiency Ability to work independently in international environments
