Employer Branding Creative Designer

develops visual communication and creative content to strengthen the company’s positioning as an employer of choice. This role delivers consistent, engaging materials and supports employer branding initiatives across internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities Create visual concepts and creative content aligned with the employer branding strategy.

Design communication assets (campaign materials, social media content, recruitment visuals, presentations, internal event materials).

Produce digital content (photos, videos, visual copy) for employer branding and hiring needs.

Appear on camera for selected content such as campaign videos, announcements, and event coverage.

Research design trends, audience preferences, and employer branding best practices.

Collaborate with People, HRBP, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

Track and assess content performance based on engagement and relevance.

Qualifications Degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Creative Communication, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation (preferably in fast-paced or creative environments).

Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, creative ideation, and digital content creation.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, and related tools.

Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and brand identity.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

Knowledge of content marketing basics, social media behavior, and visual storytelling.

Able to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively.

Nice to Have Experience in employer branding or HR communication.

Content performance analysis skills.

Video production experience (shooting + editing).
