Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyze transactional and operational data from pharmacy retail and clinic systems.

Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards.

Support business teams with insights on sales, margin, inventory, and patient visits.

Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in business processes.

Support forecasting for transaction volume, demand, and capacity planning.

Assist in defining and monitoring business KPIs.

Work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to support initiatives and projects.

Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields.

Minimum 2–4 years experience in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Support role.

Experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical and structured thinking.

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
