Objectively & logically propose solutions, ideas, along with approach. Visualize overall project conditions, identify & resolve project issues, and potential risks to clients/supervisors. Initiate and facilitate meetings between clients & vendors to accelerate decision-making and issue resolution. Be proactive and responsible for the smooth progress of the project. Collaborate with other parties/business partners and maintain good communication. Foster good communication and a positive atmosphere among project teams. Standardize overall project deliverables based on ABeam Project Management methodology. Continuously learn and develop new skills, and encourage team members' skills development. Responsibilities

7+ years of proven experience in leading large-scale Business/Operation Process Reengineering, preferably in the financial industry. Experience in handling and coordinating multiple project implementations, including post-go-live monitoring. Flexible and agile, in accordance with dynamic business operations; quick to identify critical issues and opportunities for efficiency and productivity. Strong logical thinking skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable discussing with clients at an executive level and building relationships. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (business, technical) and manage projects through proper project management methodologies. Ability to adapt to new technologies and current trends in the IT field. Integrity, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn from any situation as a professional consultant. Pro-active and self-motivated; able to work within scheduled timelines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing. Seniority level
