As An Content Creator, You Will

Develop and create daily content for social media according to brand's strandard

Collaborate and brainstorm content plans and strategies with the editorial and social media teams to optimize content formats and performance

Stay up to date with trends in social media and digital platforms (TikTok, Reels Instagram)

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in content creating, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry

Strong aesthetic sense and ability to identify the best product angles, especially for makeup content

Proficient in photo and video shooting techniques (using either smartphone or camera)

Actively follows trends such as Get Ready With Me, makeup challenges, tutorials, and other beauty-related content

Creative and capable of generating engaging, out-of-the-box content ideas

Ability to pose, perform voice-overs, and appear confidently on camera is a strong plus

Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
