Role Description We are looking for a

Student Assistant

to support our

Community Leader Program . In this role, you will assist Community Leaders in running community activities, support member engagement, and learn how communities are built and managed. Through this experience, you will gradually develop the skills to become a Community Leader. This program includes

structured activities and performance-based incentives , allowing you to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the community.

Key Responsibilities Assist Community Leaders in running community discussions and activities Support member engagement and community coordination Help organize and monitor community sessions Learn community management and leadership skills

Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently in a remote environment Interest in community building or language learning Currently enrolled as a student (preferred)
