Creative Team Lead

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related same position as Graphic Designer Manager, Photographer, Videographer at Shopping Center / Mall / Agency Able to operate Adobe software for motion, video editing, graphic and design purposes and other design software Able to operate drone will be a plus Creative, detailed, has good time management, and is accustomed to deadlines Good communication skill Can lead and collaborate with the entire team Willing to work at Kelapa Gading

Job Description: Coordinate with the team to create high-quality work standards and work material results in line with company requests Submit and produce a design plan for promotional media for events to be held in Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (include La Piazza and Gafoy), starting from the concept (graphic design), process to finalization Supervise the pre- and post-printing process so that the results are as desired Take turns helping to collect documentation (photos/videos) for all events Ensure that advertising and promotional content at all A/P outlets runs smoothly Responsible for multimedia content and concepts at events for the LED needs used at each event
