Project Sales & Sales Residential/Retail (Architect Background)

Introduce and promote our products to customers.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new ones.

Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.

Demonstrate expertise in the building material industry.

Collaborate with the distribution department to ensure timely and quality product delivery to customers.

Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets within the defined timeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Engineering.

Ability to read, interpret, and operate CAD drawings.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury brands, furniture, and the interior industry is a significant advantage.

Possess a strong solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

Proactive, self‑motivated individual who welcomes challenges and is eager to learn.

Demonstrated salesmanship with ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Willing to follow the training schedules.

Proficiency in English language is required and understanding of Chinese (Mandarin) language is a plus.

Own vehicle to visit potential customers (canvassing) and customer’s site (contractor, etc).
