We’re looking for an energetic People Generalist who’s passionate about the world of HR. In this role, you will handle HR functions end-to-end, from recruitment, administration, and policies to supporting employee engagement initiatives. This position is perfect for someone eager to create impacts, grow, and learn in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibility

Support talent acquisition efforts by helping maintain candidate databases, scheduling processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Manage all HR administrative tasks (employee data, documentation, payroll support, etc.) Support employer branding activities and other People team initiatives Review, update, and help develop HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines Provide daily operational support to ensure a smooth employee experience Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR administration and company policies. Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR administration Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking Tech‑savvy and comfortable with various digital tools Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling confidential information Able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
