Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network environments.
Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server systems.
Administer and support
VMware virtualization platforms
(e.g. vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including VM provisioning, performance tuning, backup coordination, and troubleshooting.
Administer and support container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including basic deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Maintain enterprise network environments, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Provide desktop support, including PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and common office applications.
Deliver daily IT service support ( IT Service Desk ), respond to user requests, and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, procurement support, and lifecycle management.
Support information security activities such as system hardening, patch management, access control, and incident handling.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational manuals, and IT procedures.
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of IT projects based on business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with servers, storage systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, with practical system administration and troubleshooting experience.
Hands‑on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter), including virtual machine lifecycle management and basic performance optimization.
Good understanding of container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and their use in test or production environments.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
Experience in desktop support and IT service delivery, with a strong customer service mindset.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
Chinese language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing VMware environments in enterprise or manufacturing environments.
Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in on‑premise or cloud environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployment.
Relevant certifications such as VMware (VCP), RHCE, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, or Kubernetes‑related certifications (CKA/CKAD).
Experience with automation or scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python).
Experience in IT operations within medium to large enterprises or multinational companies.
