Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogor and Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Personal Assistant to the Director. Responsibilities include managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling communication. The role also involves organizing and maintaining documentation, performing administrative duties, and providing efficient clerical support to facilitate smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key support system, ensuring the Director's activities are managed effectively.
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Skills in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as document preparation, correspondence, and record-keeping
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in commonly used office software
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
