Assistant Field Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of semiconductor backend testing (Final Test)

Gain good knowledge of backend test interfaces (Handlers / Testers)

Understand customer requirements and provide timely feedback to internal design and sales teams

Coordinate with internal design and manufacturing teams on product modifications to support customer needs

Assist customers in troubleshooting production line issues related to test sockets, probe cards, and pins

Provide technical feedback to sales and marketing teams

Support evaluation runs for new projects and products at customer sites

Prepare and submit weekly activity reports covering customer site support

Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Semiconductor knowledge and experience is preferred

Customer support experience in the following areas is an advantage:

Semiconductor backend testing

Test handlers and testers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good written and spoken English

Strong team player
