RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring decisions.
Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and formulate tailored recruitment strategies.
Implement diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, and effective networking to identify candidates with relevant experience.
Strengthen the companyโs employer brand by enhancing visibility and appeal to potential hires.
Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events to connect with prospective candidates.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to optimize individual and team performance.
Establish clear team objectives, performance benchmarks, and key performance indicators.
Strategically allocate workloads to ensure efficient use of resources and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least seven years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve measurable results.
