This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Media Planner based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for developing and executing effective media plans, conducting thorough market research, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on insights. The role entails working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align media strategies with client objectives and ensure seamless execution. Qualifications

Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Strategy Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret campaign data effectively Expertise in Digital Strategy and developing innovative approaches for digital campaigns Well-versed in conducting Research to identify market trends and audience insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks efficiently Experience in performance marketing or related fields is a strong asset Develop and execute data-driven digital media plans to achieve client objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and industry benchmarks. Utilize insights to inform strategic media planning decisions and campaign development. Monitor campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall objectives. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize media buys and enhance campaign execution. Provide clients with performance reports, insights, and recommendations for future improvements. Required Skills & Attributes

1-2 years of experience in digital planning, media strategy, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong knowledge of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
