This is a full time on site role based in the
Jakarta Metropolitan Area

Sales Operation Manager .
The role is responsible for translating head office commercial strategy into execution across
200+ pharmacy retail outlets , ensuring consistent sales growth, operational discipline, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing area sales performance, targets, and execution strategy across multiple outlets
Driving operational efficiency and retail productivity through data driven analysis
Leading field teams to ensure strong customer experience and commercial performance
Aligning store execution with head office direction, promotions, and business priorities
Identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective action to improve results
This role requires strong field leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing
multi outlet retail operations
with clear sales accountability
Strong analytical capability to interpret data and drive performance improvement
Demonstrated leadership in achieving
sales growth, operational discipline, and service standards
Excellent communication and coordination with cross functional stakeholders
Proactive, resilient, and solution oriented mindset in a target driven environment
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail chain industry
is an advantage
