Business Development requires acquiring new clients outside of WPS’s existing clientele, primarily in the areas of IT security, HRIS, electronic banking, payroll outsourcing, and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

Identify target clients and develop sales plans to reach them.

Research and contact potential clients, aiming for 5–6 prospects per day.

Offer WPS products/services to prospects.

Coordinate with internal teams for joint presentations and provide feedback.

Collaborate with Directors and other internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and negotiate with clients.

Follow up on prospects and close deals.

Enhance brand awareness through social media and events such as seminars and exhibitions.

Collect feedback from prospects and relay it to internal teams.

Qualifications

Extroverted and enjoys meeting new people.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships with prospects and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a visionary approach to process and team management.

Proactive and persistent in prospecting.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience selling products/services similar to those offered by WPS.

Ability to learn and analyze to identify suitable clients.

Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
