Job Overview

As a Senior Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites using Webflow. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients’ needs and enhance their online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to create cohesive and functional web experiences.

Customization:

Customize Webflow templates and build unique, dynamic web pages.

CMS Integration:

Implement and manage Webflow CMS for content updates and management.

SEO Optimization:

Optimize websites for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments to improve loading times and overall user experience.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, code, and configurations.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role.

Skills:

Proficiency in Webflow and a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.

Experience with responsive design and development.

Familiarity with Webflow CMS and SEO best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other web development platforms and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, React, etc.).

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
