Product Specialist (Women or Men Health)

Product Specialist (Women or Men Health) Sell medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. A strong background in Women’s Health, extensive knowledge of the Bandung area, and well-established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in women’s health.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell women’s health products to healthcare professionals and facilities in Bandung area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in women’s health to drive product awareness and sales.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.

Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the marketing and product development teams.

Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in women’s health sales.

Strong knowledge of the Bandung area and its healthcare market.

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with KOLs in women’s health.

Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills, strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluency in Indonesian and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
