Overview
Plan & implement trade program based on the client’s brief & field team feedback.
Coordinate with other internal divisions to ensure that the trade program is applicable in field & meet the commercial objective.
Manage third party vendors to ensure merchandising production on time, POSM stock management & delivery as per targeted timeline.
Monitor end to end trade program process from planning until on time execution.
Perform outlet visit to monitor maintenance & execution excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-4 years' experience
Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
Able to work well under pressure and handle fast-pace, emergency and changing situations
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
