About The Role Product Marketing Analyst

is a key player in Pinhome Home Services marketing activities. In this role, you will be the key go-to marketing person for Home Service and be highly in touch with many stakeholders – business team, data team, product team, etc. You will do lots of marketing-related ideations and problem solving. What You Will Do Ideation: Together with Product Marketing Associate, to create Go-To-Market strategy for Pinhome Home Service campaigns – Pinhomes very own on-demand and scheduled household services (Home Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Massage, AC Wash, etc). Assist in Marketing-related benchmarking and exploration projects.

Execution: Lead small-medium campaign executions – work with different stakeholders and channel owners. Assist in monitoring different marketing channel performances. Assist in monitoring marketing-related product performance and metrics.

Reporting: Generate small-medium marketing campaign/project reports – providing insights & improvement points.

What You Will Need Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Commercial, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Previous Tech Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or related experience will be a plus.

Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written as you will be working with different stakeholders – marketing channel owners, business team, data team, product team, etc. Comfortable working with detail and processing marketing data to generate simple insights.

Personal Attributes: High curiosity and is a make-do person. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will learn to take actions quickly. Able to have strong ownership towards home service products.
