Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media platforms, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Organize and support events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
Support lead generation initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry‑level positions).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media ads, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a results‑driven mindset.
