About the Program The Seven Shaper Future Leadership Program is a 15-month structured leadership development program that prepares you to become a future growth leader at Seven Retail.

You will gain: Hands-on exposure to real business challenges Cross-functional and multi-brand experience Direct mentorship from senior leaders Ownership of strategic and growth-related projects Successful candidates will have the opportunity to convert into full-time roles in Growth, Strategy, or Business Operations.

About the Role (What You’ll Do) Support the design and execution of growth strategies across brands and functions Assist in driving strategic initiatives and business projects end-to-end Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven recommendations Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvement initiatives • Work closely with leaders to support decision-making and performance optimization This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for talents with high learning agility and a strong ownership mindset. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from reputable universities Fresh graduate with internship experience or maximum 3 years of working experience Strong analytical skills and business acumen Comfortable working with data and numbers Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, lookup functions; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment Willing to undergo a 15-month structured program
