Rental Team Lead

Business Development (Electronic Retail Specialist - Semarang Region) Responsibilities

Team Management: Supervise and train the rental team, manage schedules, and ensure performance goals are met.

Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient processing of rentals, returns, and stock management.

Customer Service: Address driver concerns and ensure a positive rental experience.

Sales & Marketing: Promote rental services, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and prepare operational reports (rental record, survey and collection).

Qualifications

Have experience with the same position minimum 2 years.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a start‑up company will be an advantage.

Good leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Able to use computers and understand Ms Office & Google Spreadsheets.
