Business Development - Logistics (Mandarin Speakers)

We are hiring for a multinational logistics company in Indonesia for the position of Business Development (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Description:

Develop and cultivate new business opportunities within the logistics and forwarding industry.

Conduct market research to maintain a strong understanding of the Indonesian logistics market, industry trends, and customer needs.

Provide solution-based support to customers, including warehousing and transportation proposals, quotations, and customized service planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sustainable business growth.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective coordination, service delivery, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

At least 2 years of experience in international forwarding or cross-border logistics (sea freight or air freight).

Proven experience in developing new business opportunities and managing existing clients.

Strong understanding of the Indonesian logistics market and related industries.

Experience in solution development, including warehousing and transportation solutions, as well as preparing quotations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.

Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
