Summary
Perform Due diligence on customer Credit Application
Ensure correct system posting of AR and payment application.
Ensure complete supporting documents for invoicing and Ontime delivery of Invoices
Follow up closely with Customers on AR payment progress
Ensure Credit & AR are comply with Hyatt MOR Requirement
Ensure Customers invoices are paid ontime
Perform Monthly reconciliation of AR balance
Maintain AR days to be the lowest in Hyatt ASPAC
Ensure "Zero" Bad Debt in AR
Participate in Monthly Inventory Stock take and Bi annually OE Stock take
Prepare Accounting journal voucher
Maintain Internal Control within Accounting Department and hotel.
Ensure to hold Credit Meeting before 20 every month.
Contribute to Work efficiency within Accounting Department and hotel.
Participate in improving Hotel profit
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Accounting or Business Management
Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
