How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

Coordinate with shippers and forwarders to manage shipment planning, scheduling, and transportation arrangements.

Liaise with clearance agents to ensure smooth and compliant customs clearance processes according to EXIM regulations.

Execute the receipt, transfer, and handover of goods to the warehouse or end users, ensuring proper documentation.

Maintain accurate filing and archiving of all shipping, receipt, and transfer documents.

Monitor, track, and update the status of each shipment or delivery and prepare periodic logistics reports.

Support general logistics activities, including documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks as required.

What are we looking for?

Familiar with Export–Import (EXIM) procedures and processes; Customs Specialist certification or experience is preferred.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with SAP is an advantage.

Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail in filing and documentation management.

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
