Civil Structural Engineering (Fluent in English or Mandarin) Understand the company's interior design configuration standards for its product line and verify that design drawings and material selections meet company standards.

Participate in the review of interior design schemes for different apartment types, focusing on customer concerns and providing optimization suggestions.

Compile detailed technical specifications for materials and equipment to provide accurate basis for bidding and procurement.

Participate in the selection and finalization of samples for centrally procured interior design materials and components (such as flooring, tiles, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and hardware).

Review the construction feasibility of the design drawings.

II. Construction Phase Compile a specialized construction plan for interior design and strongly drive all parties involved, including the general contractor, interior design subcontractors, and suppliers of materials provided by the client, to ensure the achievement of key milestones (such as site handover, sample floor construction, quantity‑based construction, and completion filing).

Lead or participate in the handover of work surfaces, and strictly inspect the quality of the base layer (such as wall verticality, floor flatness, and opening dimensions) handed over by civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, and door and window units to ensure the quality of the finishing work surfaces.

Strictly manage the construction of sample rooms and process sample layers, using them as the benchmark for process, materials, and acceptance. Mass construction can only begin after company confirmation.

Conduct 100% acceptance of all materials supplied by Party A and Party B upon arrival on site, resolutely preventing discrepancies between goods and samples, and ensuring consistency with the sealed samples.

Establish a daily inspection system, focusing on monitoring common quality issues such as waterproofing, hollow tiles, wall cracks, and finishing details. Organize unit‑by‑unit, layer‑by‑layer, and special inspections, and supervise rectification.

Develop and inspect the implementation of comprehensive finished product protection measures to avoid pollution and damage caused by cross‑construction.

Strictly review on‑site work quantities and visas, verifying whether they fall within the contract scope, assessing the impact of costs and schedule, and preventing unreasonable cost expenditures.

Handle design changes, assess their impact on cost, schedule, and completed sections, and supervise their implementation.

III. Delivery Phase Organize "one‑household‑one‑inspection" visits, simulating the homeowner's perspective to identify and rectify problems in advance.

Compile and hand over the completed interior decoration documentation, equipment manuals, warranty documents, etc.

During the concentrated delivery period, provide on‑site technical support and quickly answer homeowners' professional questions about the decoration.

Coordinate with the general contractor and interior decoration subcontractors to handle post‑delivery maintenance issues, track maintenance progress, and close customer repair requests.

Participate in the post‑project evaluation, summarize the experiences and lessons learned in design, construction, cost, and customer feedback regarding the interior decoration of this project, and provide improvement suggestions for future projects.
