Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
Administrative role
(audit/internal audit support is a strong plus).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office :
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
Strong data handling skills:
data entry, updating, editing, and correction
with high accuracy.
Highly
detail-oriented , well-organized, and consistent in maintaining neat documentation.
Good understanding of
proper Indonesian writing & spelling standards (PUEBI)
for professional documents.
Strong
communication and coordination
skills to work effectively across teams.
Able to work under
deadlines , maintain
confidentiality , and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily
administrative support
to the Internal Audit team, ensuring everything stays organized and audit-ready.
Handle
accurate data entry, updates, editing, and validation
for audit-related records.
Manage
document control : filing, archiving, tracking, and maintaining clean, structured documentation.
Prepare
recaps, simple reports, and presentations
using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with other departments to collect required data/documents.
