that brings together fitness, swimming academy, physiotherapy, kids development programs, café, and community in one integrated space.

More than just a gym, Ola Fit Club is designed as a Wellness Social Club —a place where people move, connect, and improve their quality of life through a holistic wellness experience.

Main Responsibilities

Manage daily clubhouse operations to ensure a comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming environment.

Be the face of hospitality by warmly engaging with members and guests.

Coordinate community activities and small-scale events to keep the clubhouse lively and engaging.

Oversee café corner operations to ensure smooth service flow.

Lead and support frontliner teams to maintain service standards and SOPs.

Support sales targets through great service, natural upselling, and community‑driven activities.

Collaborate with Operational Team, F&B, Maintenance, and related teams to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare simple daily and weekly operational reports.
