Role De ion This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across the country, optimize processes, ensure effective resource allocation, and drive continuous improvements. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing sales operations & budgets, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to strategic planning. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills

Operational planning, resource management, and process optimization experience

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Familiarity with tracking, fleet management, or related industries

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Ability to travel to remote work environments effectively

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Previous experience in a multinational or technology-focused organization is advantageous
