Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Sustainability Strategy Implementation – Record and consolidate data and documents related to sustainability initiatives.

Develop Sustainability Reports – Prepare and enhance sustainability reports in collaboration with the Task Force Team, showcasing the company’s commitment to ESG responsibility.

Handle Administration and Documentation – Organize and manage administrative tasks and meeting documentation for sustainability-related activities.

Report to Sustainability Management Leader – Support Sustainability Leader in executing various strategic work programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.

Extensive Experience – Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field.

Sustainability Reporting Expertise – Hands‑on experience in preparing Sustainability Reports aligned with ESG and SDG frameworks, including knowledge of Sustainability Report Assurance.

Certifications & Standards – Preferably GRI‑certified, with understanding of ISO 26000 guidelines and Ecovadis principles.

GHG Emissions Knowledge – Able to calculate Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions for Scope 1, 2, and 3.

Cross‑Department Coordination and Stakeholder Enhancement – Collaborate with related departments & communicate with stakeholders to integrate sustainability aspects.

Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Contract: 1‑year based, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance.
